Job summary

Version 1 is seeking an experienced Oracle SaaS Service Delivery Manager to join our Enterprise Applications Practice. You will own end-to-end delivery of Oracle Cloud services, act as the customer advocate, and drive service excellence across ERP, HCM and EPM environments.

You will lead service reviews, manage escalations, and collaborate with senior stakeholders to deliver transformational outcomes while maintaining strong governance and CSI initiatives.

Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering customer-first outcomes within ERP transformation and managed services environments.
• Strong leadership and people-management capabilities.
• Experience supporting bids, proposals, and large-scale service engagements.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent stakeholder communication and collaboration across senior levels.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery of Oracle Cloud Managed Services across ERP, HCM, EPM and related SaaS apps.
• Act as primary contact for customers, ensuring commitments and objectives are met.
• Lead regular Service Review Meetings and report on SLA achievements and risks.
• Drive CSI initiatives to improve service quality, efficiency and value.
• Governance and oversight for delivery teams including forecasting and budgeting.
• Collaborate with practice leaders to align delivery with customer and business goals.
• Manage escalations, incidents, and service risks through resolution.
