Job summary

Boots Opticians in the UK is seeking a Team Leader who will act as the duty manager, guiding the store team to deliver an exceptional customer experience while covering store operations and clinical activities.

You will work across the whole store, involved in customer service, dispensing, accuracy checks, pre-screening, and other eye-care tasks, with opportunities to develop clinical and leadership skills through Boots' training programmes.

Qualifications

• Experience working in an opticians or optical environment.
• Willingness to learn and develop skills.
• Leadership or coaching of a team is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Lead store team day-to-day as duty manager.
• Deliver exemplary customer service across store operations.
• Contribute to clinical activities including pre-screening, dispensing and accuracy checks.
