The role requires FBDO Dispensing Optician with GOC registration and proven people management. You will manage MI, budgets, stock and resources, and lead change to sustain strong performance.

Qualifications

• FBDO qualified and GOC registered, with proven experience managing a team and delivering commercial targets.
• Demonstrated ability to coach, mentor and develop others while driving performance.

Responsibilities

• Lead the practice team to deliver obsessively great service and hit budgets.
• Monitor performance using MI and manage budgets, stock levels and resources.
• Own the day-to-day running, rota management and coordinating holidays.
• Implement change effectively and promote the Welcome, Discover, Delight client journey.
