Scrivens Opticians & Hearing Care is seeking a Sales Advisor who will be the first point of contact for customers, helping them feel welcome and understood as they choose products and services that improve their lives.

You will work with optometrists and audiologists to ensure a seamless customer journey, delivering friendly, knowledgeable service and building lasting relationships with customers in a supportive, family-run environment.

Qualifications

• Customer-service or retail experience is a plus but not required.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic IT literacy and ability to learn in-branch systems.

Responsabilités

• Greet customers warmly and professionally.
• Assist customers with optical and hearing product selections.
• Give clear advice on frames, lenses and hearing care.
• Process sales and bookings using in-branch systems; support stock and merchandising.
• Keep the store clean, welcoming and well presented.
• Collaborate with Optometrists, Hearing Aid Audiologists and team for a smooth journey.
