Job summary

Leightons Opticians & Hearing Care in Woodley is seeking an Optical & Hearing Assistant to welcome customers, guide them through a tailored experience, and assist the team with high quality optical and audiology care. You'll receive full training and the confidence to deliver an informed service.

You will help customers choose designer eyewear, feel fabulous, and leave feeling seen and heard. The role requires a friendly, professional approach and a willingness to learn as part of a premium

Salary: £25,348 FTE + Bonus | Full Time | 5 days a week:

Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday, and Sunday

The Role

As an Optical & Hearing Assistant, you are the face of our Woodley boutique - the first impression, the warm welcome, guiding customers through a tailored experience. You'll receive full training in some of our diagnostic tools and team members will be on hand for support, giving you the confidence to deliver an informed service. You'll also have the opportunity to help customers choose from designer eyewear and feel fabulous. They'll leave us feeling seen, heard and delighted.

• Would like the opportunity to positively impact people's vision and hearing, working with high quality products
• Has a polished, professional yet friendly approach.
• Has experience of providing great customer service, e.g. retail or hospitality
• A passion for helping people look and feel their best.
• A team-first attitude and willingness to learn.
• Prepared to travel to a centre of excellence for a 4-6 week induction.
