Leightons Opticians & Hearing Care is seeking a Hearing Aid Dispenser in Swindon. This role offers autonomy within a supportive team, a three-week induction, and extensive training across cutting-edge equipment and clinics.

The successful candidate will join a well-established UK-wide service, with a focus on patient care, custom fitting, and ongoing professional development. A competitive salary with uncapped commission is provided.

Qualifications

• HCPC registration in progress welcomed and supported to obtain registration.
• Experience in hearing care and patient-facing roles preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage a varied clinical caseload with autonomy, including appointments and aftercare.
• Perform wax removal and related audiology procedures as needed.
• Provide personalised hearing care consultations and product recommendations.

Location- Swindon Leightons Opticians & Hearing Care

Rota- Monday-Friday, 9am-5.30pm
