Zest Optical is recruiting an Optical Customer Service Advisor in Caerphilly to handle product inquiries, orders and customer communications from an office setting. The role leverages optical knowledge to support practices, with a focus on accuracy and timely updates.

• Previous experience in an optical practice is essential.
• Friendly, professional telephone manner and clear written communication.
• Accurate administration and strong attention to detail.

Responsabilités

• Serve as a key contact for optical practices by phone and email.
• Provide advice on products and services using optical knowledge.
• Process customer orders accurately and maintain records.
• Monitor orders and keep customers informed of progress.
• Collaborate with production, logistics and dispatch to resolve queries.
• Handle inquiries to resolution and maintain up-to-date product knowledge.
