Flame Health Optometry division is partnering with a large Independent Optical group to recruit an Optical Advisor for a Haywards Heath practice. The role will involve general reception duties, meet-and-greet, booking appointments and assisting with lens/frame choices, as well as dispensing and repairs as required.

The ideal candidate will be patient-focused with strong communication skills, self-motivated, ambitious and targeting objectives within a supportive team environment.

Formación

• Meet and greet customers
• Answer telephone and book appointments
• Pre-screening patients before seeing the optometrist
• Advise customers on frame and lens choices
• Handle collections, repairs, adjustments and fittings as well as dispensing
