Qualifications

• Clear, confident communication face-to-face and by phone.
• Interest in optometry and eyecare with ability to learn basic procedures.
• Customer service experience and ability to manage queries.
• Attention to detail and accurate record-keeping.
• Ability to work in a small team in a busy retail environment.
• Previous optical/healthcare/retail experience is beneficial but training is provided.
