Job summary

IGOA is seeking an experienced Optical Assistant to join a small, friendly practice in Birmingham. The role focuses on patient care, dispensing to all levels and supporting daily operations within a relaxed environment.

The ideal candidate has around 2 years’ optical experience and is confident dispensing in UK settings. Basic salary up to £27,000 DOE, with pension, 20 days’ holiday plus 8 bank holidays, and free parking.

Qualifications

• Minimum 12 months dispensing experience in a UK optical setting.
• Around 2 years’ experience as an Optical Assistant preferred.

We’re working with a well-established optical practice that is looking for an experienced Optical Assistant to join a small, friendly team.
