Job summary

Specsavers in Halifax, West Yorkshire, is seeking an Optical Assistant to welcome customers and support the team in a fast-paced optical environment.

You’ll receive extensive training and development across various business areas, with guidance from experienced Opticians and Technicians to help you grow your career in optics and audiology.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a fast-paced customer service environment
• Experience in optics or Audiology business
• Basic knowledge/experience of optical and/or Audiology terminology.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist customers as they walk through the store
• Support the optical team and technicians in daily tasks
• Contribute to a positive and informative customer journey
