Specsavers Yardley is seeking an Optical Assistant to welcome customers and support their eyewear needs. The role offers training and progression with guidance from experienced Opticians and Technicians, in a busy environment.

The position is full-time with 37.5 or 40 hours per week, weekend work is essential, and there are benefits including team bonuses and free car parking. A strong customer-service mindset and optical knowledge are valued for success.

Qualifications

Previous experience in a fast-paced customer service environment.
Experience in optics or Audiology business.
Basic knowledge/experience of optical and/or Audiology terminology.
