Job summary

Specsavers in Hartlepool is hiring an Optical Assistant to welcome customers and support their eyewear needs. You’ll receive thorough training, with opportunities to develop across optics and Audiology, backed by experienced Opticians and Technicians.

We offer a competitive hourly rate up to £12.91, a full-time 37.5 hour week including a weekend day, a monthly bonus after probation, access to Specsavers Perks, and generous benefits designed to support you and your family.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a fast-paced customer service environment.
• Experience in optics or Audiology business.
• Basic knowledge/experience of optical and/or Audiology terminology.
