Job summary

Specsavers Norge in Newbury is seeking an Optical Assistant to warmly welcome customers and support them from screening to dispensing. You’ll receive comprehensive training with guidance from experienced Opticians and Technicians to help you grow in your career.

This full-time role offers 37.5 hours per week, weekend work is essential, and a range of benefits including pension auto-enrolment, Specsavers Perks, WeCare support, Headspace access, eyecare and hearcare discounts, plus a paid birthday

Qualifications

• Previous optical experience (from pre screening to dispensing) is preferred.
• Experience in a fast-paced customer service environment is desirable.
• Basic knowledge of optical/audiology terminology is advantageous.
