Job summary

Specsavers Romsey is seeking an Optical Assistant to join our friendly, skilled team. You’ll welcome customers in-shop, help them explore frames and lenses, and provide great service with a caring approach.

We offer extensive training, support from experienced Opticians and Technicians, and a comprehensive benefits package including pension, discounts, and wellbeing resources. Weekend hours are required, with 40-hour weeks.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in optics or Audiology is preferred.
• Willingness to participate in training and development opportunities.
• Ability to work 40 hours per week including weekends.

Responsibilities

• Confidently welcome customers in-store and assist with their needs.
• Collaborate with experienced Opticians and Technicians for guidance.
• Engage in training across business areas and continuously develop skills.
