Job summary

Specsavers Fareham is seeking an Optical Assistant to join a friendly team and deliver excellent customer service in a store environment.

You will support customers with eye care products, help maintain a welcoming store atmosphere, and contribute to a positive experience for both customers and colleagues.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a fast-paced customer service environment.
• Experience in optics or Audiology business.
• Basic knowledge/experience of optical and/or Audiology terminology.

As an Optical Assistant, you’ll use your passion for the Specsavers brand, products and services alongside your incredible customer service skills, to create an outstanding store environment for both our customers and our team.

What we’re looking for?
