Job summary

Specsavers Bar Hill is seeking an Optical Assistant to welcome customers, help them choose eyewear, and maintain a friendly, efficient store environment. You’ll use your passion for the Specsavers brand and your excellent customer service skills to deliver great service to customers and colleagues alike.

Qualifications

• Experience in a fast-paced customer service environment
• Basic knowledge/experience of optical and/or Audiology terminology

• Assist customers with optical products and services, ensuring a high standard of care
• Support the store team with daily operations and maintaining a welcoming environment

As an Optical Assistant, you’ll use your passion for the Specsavers brand, products and services alongside your incredible customer service skills, to create an outstanding store environment for both our customers and our team.
