Job summary

Specsavers Carmarthen is looking for an Optical Assistant who loves helping people and thrives in a busy retail setting. If you have optical experience as an Optical Advisor or Dispensing Assistant, you could be the friendly face our stores need.

In this role you’ll work with passionate colleagues to deliver outstanding customer service, support everyday optical operations, and contribute to creating a welcoming and professional store environment for customers and teammates alike.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a fast-paced customer service environment.
• Experience in optics or Audiology is desirable.
• Basic knowledge of optical terminology.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers in selecting eyewear and explain options.
• Support dispensing and fitting under supervision.
• Maintain a welcoming, tidy store environment.
