Job summary

Specsavers is seeking an Optical Assistant to join our store team in a role that blends customer service with optical knowledge. You’ll be the friendly face for customers, helping with dispensing and product advice in a fast-paced environment.

We welcome candidates with prior optical experience and a strong customer-service mindset. The position offers full-time hours (up to 40 per week) including weekends, plus a pension, employee discounts, and Wellbeing benefits.

• Previous experience in a fast-paced customer service environment.
• Experience in optics or Audiology business.
• Basic knowledge/experience of optical and/or Audiology terminology.

Optical Assistant

As an Optical Assistant, you’ll use your passion for the Specsavers brand, products and services alongside your incredible customer service skills, to create an outstanding store environment for both our customers and our team.
