Specsavers Kings Heath in Birmingham is seeking an Optical Assistant to join our friendly store team. You’ll use your passion for optics, customer service and the Specsavers brand to create an outstanding customer experience across screenings, dispensing and aftercare.

Key tasks include pre-screening, dispensing, collections and repairs/adjustments in a busy environment while delivering great service. Weekend availability and a sociable team are part of the role.

Qualifikationen

• Must have some optical knowledge and customer service experience.
• Experience in pre-screening and dispensing is desirable.
• Ability to assist with collections and aftercare.
• Comfort working in a busy optical shop environment.
• Experience in repairs/adjustments is a plus.
