Job summary

Specsavers Longbridge in Birmingham is seeking an Optical Assistant to welcome customers, support their optical needs and join a supportive, training-focused team.

You'll receive comprehensive training, work in a fast-paced retail healthcare environment, with options for Full Time (37.5 hours) or Part Time (30 hours across 4 days), including weekend work and pension enrollment, plus a competitive salary depending on experience.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a fast-paced customer service environment.
• Experience in optics or Audiology business.
• Basic knowledge/experience of optical and/or Audiology terminology.

There is also convenient on-site parking available nearby. As part of a modern and customer-focused store, you'll have the opportunity to support a diverse range of patients while working in a fast-paced and rewarding retail healthcare environment.
