Job summary

Specsavers in Crewe is hiring an Optical Assistant to welcome customers and support their optical journey. You’ll receive strong training and work with a team of experienced Opticians and Technicians.

The role offers full-time hours (40 per week), weekend rotation, and a benefits package including pension contribution, Specsavers Perks, WeCare support, Headspace subscription, eye and hearing discounts, and an extra paid birthday day off.

Qualifications

• Previous optical experience is preferred.
• Experience in a fast-paced customer service environment is desirable.
• Basic knowledge of optical and/or Audiology terminology.
