Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience leading complex operational transformation in financial services.
• Strong governance, risk management and control-by-design focus.
• Ability to translate strategy into executable delivery plans across multiple teams and platforms.

Responsibilities

• Shape and lead the Operations development agenda, building a single roadmap across excellence, workforce planning and automation.
• Develop operating models, forecasting and workforce planning to support growth and resilience.
• Own the performance framework, dashboards and insights to monitor health and drive productivity.
