Job summary

Newmedica is seeking a Relationships Lead to join our clinic in Slough. This full-time role (40 hours per week) involves travel across NW London and Surrey to grow referrals and strengthen relationships with opticians, GPs, Referral Management Centres, LOCs and related partners.

You will be the main conduit between Joint Venture partners and the Newmedica marketing team, promoting services and patient choice, organising CPD sessions and events to boost visibility and referrals.

Qualifications

• Experience in a healthcare environment, ideally optics or ophthalmology.
• Strong communication and influence to engage diverse stakeholders.
• Comfortable with travel around the designated OJV area and after-hours events.

Responsibilities

• Promote Newmedica services and drive referrals across NW London and Surrey.
• Build and maintain relationships with Opticians, GPs, Referral Management Centres and LOCs.
• Act as conduit between Joint Venture Partners and the marketing team to share insights.
• Plan and organise events such as CPD sessions, optical fairs, and national seminars to boost engagement.
