Job summary

Nuffield Health York Hospital is seeking an Ophthalmic Scrub Theatre Practitioner for a permanent, part-time role (22.5 hours per week). You will be registered with the NMC or HCPC and bring relevant post-registration ophthalmic scrub experience to the theatre.

You will work across a range of surgical specialties, supervise junior staff and contribute to high-quality patient care with state-of-the-art equipment, while collaborating with leading consultants and the multidisciplinary team.

Qualifications

• Registered with the appropriate professional governing body (NMC or HCPC).
• Ophthalmic scrub experience and post-registration experience are required.
• Excellent communication and a proactive approach are essential.
• Committed team player delivering outstanding patient care in theatre.
