Job Opportunity: Ophthalmic Technician

An opportunity has arisen for a motivated and enthusiastic Ophthalmic Technician to join our busy and fast-paced Ophthalmology Outpatient Department.

Working alongside a multidisciplinary team, you will support and provide high-standard care to our patients across various ophthalmology sub-specialties, including Macular theatre.

We are eager to meet candidates who are passionate about delivering high-quality care and exemplify the values of CHFT.

We seek an enthusiastic, dynamic, and committed Ophthalmic Technician. We welcome forward-thinking, caring individuals dedicated to providing excellent service to our patients.

You must demonstrate excellent communication skills and confidence when interacting with patients, families, carers, and team members.

Training will be provided to undertake specific ophthalmic investigations under the supervision of clinicians and the nurse in charge.
