Job summary

LennTech Search is partnering with a global medical device client seeking a licensed Ophthalmologist. This role involves providing expert ophthalmic assessments of adverse events and supporting compliance for UK/EU/global vigilance obligations.

The successful candidate will manage clinical safety evaluations and enhance clinical evidence related to the product portfolio of diverse contact lenses while ensuring the safety and integrity of trials and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Experience with medical device vigilance, safety reporting and/or Health Hazard Evaluations.
• Understand standardized medical coding, GCP, ISO and regulatory reporting requirements.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and adjust to changing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Serve as Medical Monitor for clinical trial activities to ensure safety compliance.
• Review adverse event submissions for completeness and compliance.
• Report Serious Adverse Events (SAEs) in a timely fashion.
