Job summary

The Compleat Food Group is seeking an experienced Operational Excellence Manager to drive continuous improvement across the Nottingham site. You will lead diagnostic cycles, collaborate with manufacturing teams, and coach staff to embed Lean and OpEx practices while delivering projects on time and to cost and quality targets.

You will apply Lean Six Sigma and other OpEx methodologies, analyse data to identify opportunities, and lead cross-functional teams to achieve measurable business impact.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or vocational qualification (HNC/HND) or apprenticeship.
• Formal Lean/Lean Six Sigma, Continuous Improvement/ OpEx knowledge.
• Minimum 5 years of work experience in manufacturing environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead identification and quantification of improvement opportunities with site leadership.
• Coach and develop colleagues at all levels to embed OpEx culture.
• Manage projects end-to-end with focus on time, cost and quality.
