Ethypharm is seeking a Production Operator for sterile packing on Nights in Romford. You will be part of a team manufacturing pharmaceutical products, adhering to cGMP standards, and supporting packaging, labeling and quality checks.

Please note that, if your application is successful following the initial review, you will be invited to attend an assessment centre on Friday 11th September, from 10am - 2pm. The assessment centre will include maths and literacy assessments, a team activity and a competence-based interview.
37.5 hours per week, Sunday - Thursday, 10pm - 6am.
As a Production Operator, you will work as part of a team producing high-quality pharmaceutical products focused on the treatment of pain, addiction, and critical care. You will ensure all production activities are carried out in line with current Good Manufacturing Practice (cGMP) standards.
This role is critical to ensuring products meet required quality standards and are delivered safely to end users.
You will ideally have knowledge of cGMP and experience in pharmaceuticals or a similar regulated environment (full training will be provided). You will be process-driven, detail-focused, and an effective communicator.
The ideal candidate will be a methodical and self-motivated individual who is approachable and flexible in their work. They should demonstrate diligence, a hardworking and positive attitude, and strong team player qualities. Adaptability and a willingness to learn are essential. A technically minded approach, with the capability to see beyond processes, is highly valued.
