Job summary

Cytiva, a Danaher operating company, Cardiff site, is seeking an Operator to support manufacturing of a range of products. You will work on rotating shifts and report to the Production Team Leader as part of the Operations team.

This role focuses on cleanroom procedures, quality, and safety in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities include setting up and operating production machines, following protocols, and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives using DBS tools.

• Experience in a cleanroom or laboratory environment.
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• Excellent attention to detail.

The Operator is responsible for manufacturing a range of products at our Cardiff Site.

This position reports to the Production Team Leader and is part of the Operations team.

This is a rotating shift-based role, alternating weekly between 6:00am–2:00pm and 2:00pm–10:00pm. A shift allowance is paid in addition to the base salary.

What You Will Do

• Set up and operate production machines according to specifications and cleanroom / laboratory protocols
• Highlight any safety or quality issues and participate in resolution of these issues as required.
• Participate in using Danaher Business System tools to meet daily core value driver targets for the area including safety, quality, delivery, inventory and cost.

• Previous experience of working in a cleanroom or laboratory environment.
• Able to work independently or as part of a team.
• Someone with excellent attention to detail.
