Job summary

Cytiva, a Danaher operating company, Cardiff site, is seeking an Operator to support manufacturing of a range of products. You will work on rotating shifts and report to the Production Team Leader as part of the Operations team.

This role focuses on cleanroom procedures, quality, and safety in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities include setting up and operating production machines, following protocols, and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives using DBS tools.

Qualifications

• Experience in a cleanroom or laboratory environment.
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• Excellent attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate production machines according to specifications and cleanroom/lab protocols.
• Highlight safety or quality issues and participate in resolution of these issues as required.
• Participate in using Danaher Business System tools to meet daily core value driver targets for safety, quality, delivery, inventory and cost.
