Job summary

Veolia Group is hiring for a Brent-based Operative role with a 40-hour week at £16.11 per hour. The job focuses on weighbridge duties, paperwork accuracy, and safety reporting in a fast-paced waste management environment. • Essential: Computer literate; able to manage CMS.
• Essential: Environmental permit; knowledge of CMS.
• Essential: Good communication skills; able to work alone and in a team.
• Essential: Works well under pressure; maintains safety and accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Weighbridge cover, booking in/out of vehicles.
• Ensure paperwork is compliant; drivers have correct PPE.
• Fill tickets; report load contamination.
• Assist in loading bulkers and moving waste piles (when trained).
• Report safety concerns/near misses.
