Kier Group plc. is seeking a Field Ops team member to support Anglian Water's service network in Norwich.
You will work hands-on in the field, contributing to safe, efficient maintenance and repair activities while leading a section of a gang and ensuring high standards of service delivery. The role requires site qualifications (NRSWA, EUSR Water Hygiene, CSCS) and a valid full driving licence, with a focus on safety and customer-facing professionalism.
In this role, you'll be nurturing and guiding our IMRDS team (integrated maintenance, repair & developer services) who maintain Anglian Water's supply systems, address emergencies like water bursts and develop innovative ways to better service customers.
