Kier Group, joining the Anglian Water IMRDS team, is seeking a Commercial Manager to lead the Reactive Works programme commercially, representing Kier in Anglian Water’s Integrated Maintenance, Repair & Developer Services Alliance.
You’ll manage the commercial function, drive the strategy, lead a team of Commercial staff and Quantity Surveyors, oversee subcontractor procurement and risk, and partner with Anglian Water to deliver objectives across a circa £70m per annum programme.
We're looking for a Commercial Manager to join our Anglian Water IMRDS team covering the Anglian Water region.
Location: Covering the Anglian Water region Huntingdon, Cambridgeshire, Peterborough, Northampton, Norfolk and East Essex
Hours: 45 per week - some flexibility on hours available if desired, just let us know when you speak to us.

As Commercial Manager, you'll be the Commercial Lead for the Reactive (Repair and Maintenance) programme, responsible for commercially representing Kier in Anglian Water's Integrated Maintenance, Repair & Developer Services Alliance. You'll provide leadership and management of the Reactive Workstream's commercial function, implementing commercial strategy to deliver successful outcomes by maximising value, reducing cost, managing budgets and mitigating risk in a safe, ethical manner. This is an exciting opportunity to be a pivotal member of our management team, working collaboratively with Anglian Water to deliver business objectives across a circa £70m per annum programme.
