Job summary

Kier Group in Northampton is seeking a Field Performance Manager to lead and support field teams within the Anglian Water programme.   • Coordinating work with customers and resolving any complaints or quality issues.
  • Controlling costs and resources, whilst promoting continual improvement and innovative ideas.

Job description

We're looking for a Field Performance Manager to join our Anglian Water team based in Northampton.

Location: Northampton
Hours: 45 hours per week - some flexibility on hours available if desired, just let us know when you speak to us.

As a Field Performance Manager, you'll be at the heart of our operations, leading and supporting team leaders and operatives across the region. Working closely with Anglian Water partners and local delivery teams, you'll ensure we deliver excellent customer service whilst maintaining the highest standards of health, safety, and environmental compliance. What will you be responsible for?

As a Field Performance Manager, you'll be working within the Anglian Water team, supporting them in delivering efficient and effective operational performance. Your day to day will include:
