Kier Group in Northampton is seeking a Field Performance Manager to lead and support field teams within the Anglian Water programme. You will drive operational performance, oversee team leaders and operatives, and collaborate with Anglian Water partners to deliver high-quality service with strict health, safety and environmental standards.
The role requires experience in water industry supervision, an NRSWA ticket, strong IT and communication skills, and a full driving licence.

Hours: 45 hours per week - some flexibility on hours available if desired, just let us know when you speak to us.
