Job summary

AliveDx, based near Edinburgh, is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead operations and transformational initiatives. This full-time role sits in the Operations department and offers hybrid working arrangements, 37.5 hours per week, and a clear path to drive efficiency and growth across the ALBA business.

You will develop business cases, manage timelines and budgets, coach junior colleagues, and collaborate with senior leaders to deliver strategic benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations Management, Engineering or a related discipline.
• Demonstratable experience in project management, with a proven track record of delivering operational improvement and/or transformation projects.
• Experience managing multiple concurrent projects with competing priorities and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end delivery of operations and transformation projects, from business case development and scoping through to implementation, benefits realisation and close-out.
• Develop and manage project plans, timelines, resources, budgets and delivery milestones, ensuring effective control throughout the project lifecycle.
• Establish and maintain effective project governance, including steering committees, status reporting, RAID management and stakeholder communications.
• Lead cross-functional project teams, providing clear direction, managing dependencies and ensuring effective collaboration across the organisation.
• Identify, assess and mitigate project risks and issues, escalating appropriately to project sponsors and senior leadership.
• Drive change management and adoption activities, including stakeholder engagement, communications and training.
• Where applicable, provide leadership and support to Project Managers and Project Coordinators, including coaching, performance management and professional development.
