Job summary

AliveDx, based near Edinburgh, is seeking two Production Services Operators to join our Operational Support team. These permanent full-time roles run 37.5 hours weekly on a 3-weekly rotating shift pattern (0600-1400, 0900-1700, 1400-2200).

You will ensure timely preparation and delivery of equipment and materials, maintain stock and records, uphold GMP standards, and participate in training. The company offers a competitive starting salary and a range of benefits.

Qualifications

• Mathematics and English at basic level as listed.
• Experience in GMP laboratory environments is desirable.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools and IT systems.
• Good written and verbal communication with teams and managers.
• Ability to work overtime as required.

Responsibilities

• Ensuring timely preparation and delivery of equipment and raw materials to complete product manufacture according to schedule.
• Ensuring adequate stock of prepared consumables required for product manufacture.
• Maintaining accurate and legible records (including TROPOS system transactions) to ensure relevant laboratory documentation is kept in satisfactory condition.
• Maintaining equipment in accordance with agreed procedures, ensuring equipment is operating correctly.
• Maintain accurate stock control of Clean Store.
• Maintaining excellent levels of cleanliness and housekeeping in the Manufacturing environment.
• Maintaining the environment in accordance with GMP standards and relevant Health, Safety and Environmental policies.
• Participate in continuous training activities in accordance with a personal development plan along with supporting the training of less experienced colleagues.

PRODUCTION SERVICES OPERATOR

AliveDx are recruiting for two Production Services Operators to join our Operational Support team based near Edinburgh (EH26 0BF). These roles are a permanent, working full-time at 37.5 hours per week on a 3-weekly rotating shift pattern of 0600-1400, 0900-1700 and 1400-2200.

OUR MISSION

Your main responsibilities will include:

• Ensuring timely preperation and delivery of equipment and raw materials to complete product manufacture according to schedule.
• Ensuring adequate stock of prepared consumeables required for product manufacture.

YOUR COMPETENCIES

• Standard Grade/ National 4/5 or equivalent Mathematics and English
• Experience within a GMP Laboratory environment is desirable.
• Proficient using Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams and other ITsystems.
• Effective written and verbal communication with line manager, colleagues and cross functional teams with ability to activley participate in meetings.
• Strong organizational skills, with excellent attention to detail and ability to follow procedure is required.
• A customer focused mindset with ability to take accountability, demonstrate integrity and drive results.
• Ability to participate in overtime activities as required.
