Job summary

Experis UK in Manchester is seeking a Business Transformation Manager to lead and coordinate a portfolio of strategic change initiatives focused on operational efficiency, cost optimisation, productivity improvement and sustainable business performance. This is a business-facing role, not a technology transformation position.

You’ll work with senior leaders across functions to shape delivery, track benefits and embed improvements into day-to-day operations.

Qualifications

Experience leading business-wide transformation or efficiency programmes.
Strong commercial and financial awareness, including benefits realisation.

Responsibilities

Lead the coordination and governance of business transformation initiatives across multiple functions.
Partner with senior stakeholders to identify, shape and mobilise efficiency and cost reduction opportunities.
Drive delivery of programmes aimed at improving productivity, effectiveness and operational performance.
Ensure robust tracking of milestones, risks, dependencies, actions and outcomes.
Work closely with Finance to monitor benefits, savings targets and overall programme value.
Challenge and support initiative owners to maintain progress and achieve agreed objectives.
Produce high-quality reporting and insight for executive stakeholders.
Ensure changes are embedded into business-as-usual operations.
Support development of future transformation opportunities and continuous improvement initiatives.
