We're partnering with a leading organisation in the Retail / Healthcare sector seeking an experienced Business Transformation Manager to lead and coordinate a portfolio of strategic change initiatives focused on operational efficiency, cost optimisation, productivity improvement, and sustainable business performance.

This highly visible role sits at the heart of the organisation's transformation agenda, working with senior leaders across multiple business functions to identify opportunities, drive delivery, track benefits, and ensure improvements become embedded within day-to-day operations.

The Opportunity

You’ll play a key role in shaping and managing transformation activity across the business, ensuring initiatives deliver against strategic objectives while generating tangible financial and operational outcomes. You’ll work closely with functional leaders, finance teams, and programme sponsors to maintain momentum, remove barriers to delivery, and maximise value from change investments.
