Job summary

• Track record of delivering cost reduction, productivity improvement or operating model change initiatives.
• Strong commercial and financial awareness, including benefits realisation and business case management.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills and the ability to engage senior leaders across multiple functions.
• Strong governance, planning, reporting and programme control capabilities.
• The confidence to challenge constructively and drive accountability across the business.
• A pragmatic, delivery-focused approach with a passion for continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Lead the coordination and governance of business transformation initiatives across multiple functions.
• Partner with senior stakeholders to identify, shape and mobilise efficiency and cost reduction opportunities.
• Drive delivery of programmes aimed at improving productivity, effectiveness and operational performance.
• Ensure robust tracking of milestones, risks, dependencies, actions and outcomes.
• Work closely with Finance to monitor benefits, savings targets and overall programme value.
• Challenge and support initiative owners to maintain progress and achieve agreed objectives.
• Produce high-quality reporting and insight for executive stakeholders.
• Ensure changes are successfully embedded, adopted and transitioned into business-as-usual operations.
• Support the development of future transformation opportunities and continuous improvement initiatives.
