Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, business administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years' experience in talent management, training, or organizational development.
• Experience in operations or manufacturing environment.
• Knowledge of talent assessment methodologies and performance management.
• Familiarity with safety regulations in manufacturing.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and LMS platforms.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Plant Manager and country HR to identify training needs.
• Design and deliver training programs aligned to workforce plans.
• Implement talent management strategies across operations.
• Coordinate local and external training.
• Track training metrics and maintain accurate records.
• Drive safety culture through training.
• Manage training documentation and audits.
• Collaborate with EH&S, Engineering, and HR to ensure compliance.
