Job summary

TE Connectivity Corporation in Hastings, UK, seeks an Operations Talent Training Leader to identify, develop, and retain talent within the operations function. You will partner with country HR to design and deliver training programs and implement talent-management strategies that align with site goals.

Key responsibilities include driving employee engagement, applying Six Sigma (TEOA) to training processes, and building capability from shopfloor to management while ensuring regulatory compliance

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or related field. Master’s degree preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in talent management, training, or organizational development in an operations/manufacturing environment.
• Strong understanding of talent assessment methodologies, performance management, and employee development.
• Familiarity with manufacturing processes, equipment, and quality standards.
• Knowledge of safety regulations and compliance in manufacturing.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of motivating staff at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Partner with country HR to identify training needs and design comprehensive programs.
• Drive employee engagement and culture within the AD&M BU and TE.
• Apply Six Sigma (TEOA) principles to improve training processes and services.
• Develop training to grow skills from shopfloor to management.
• Ensure training documentation is accurate, current, and auditable.
• Coordinate local and external training and manage labor reports.
• Track training metrics to measure program effectiveness.
