Job Summary:
As a member of the People team, you will help shape the future of learning at DNA Payments! We are a fast-growing, customer-first fintech dedicated to providing exceptional service. We value innovation, teamwork, and continuous improvement and you will be at the forefront of this as you deliver training, assess development needs and track learning effectiveness in the operations team.
This role will require you to work from our office in Hull and deliver fortnightly induction programmes to operational colleagues.
