We are looking to recruit a Trainer for our Operations team, a pivotal role responsible for delivering high-quality induction programmes to new joiners in our in-house call centre.

Key responsibilities:

1. Deliver engaging and effective training programmes, both on-site and virtual
2. Conduct operational training for new starters and existing staff on our products, processes, and refresher training as needed
3. Support operational staff by supervising new joiners during their buddying period
4. Provide coaching and support with timely feedback
5. Undertake training needs analysis

About you:

• Proven success in coaching, developing, and training staff, with experience in designing, delivering, and reviewing training materials
• Previous experience working in a contact centre environment
• Highly organized, confidential, and performance-driven
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, along with influencing and negotiation abilities
