Selco Builders Warehouse is seeking a store leader to drive exceptional customer service and robust store operations across the shopfloor, yard, and Goods-In areas. You will manage stock lifecycle, pricing, merchandising and promotions while coaching a team to deliver consistently high standards.

The role emphasizes safety, compliance and a welcoming customer experience, with a 37.5-hour work week and opportunities for career progression within a well-established UK network.

• Proven ability to lead and develop a team.
• Experience in running day-to-day store operations.
• Strong focus on stock integrity and availability.

Responsabilités

• Lead and develop your team to deliver excellent customer service and strong operational performance.
• Oversee day-to-day operation of shopfloor, external yard, checkouts and Goods-In areas.
• Manage full stock lifecycle from receipt to replenishment, merchandising and sale.
• Maintain stock availability and integrity, reduce losses, manage damaged stock.
• Ensure high shopfloor standards including pricing and promotions.
• Drive sales and profitability through operational standards and stock control.
• Coach colleagues to deliver high standards.
• Support branch management and act as senior on duty when required.
• Ensure the branch is safe, compliant, well-stocked and welcoming.
