Job summary

The role supports continuous improvement, promotes safety culture, and ensures activities align with regulatory requirements and customer expectations.

Qualifications

• Proven experience supervising teams in manufacturing or operations.
• Knowledge of health, safety and regulatory requirements.
• Ability to coordinate cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily operational activities for safe plant performance.
• Promote safety culture and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Issue and manage safety documentation within responsibilities.
• Monitor performance and address safety, quality, or production issues.
• Provide technical guidance and daily support to team members.
• Collaborate with Production, Engineering, Maintenance, Quality and others to meet targets.
