Shift Pattern:working 40 hours per week, 5 days over 7, inclusive of bank holidays and weekends due to the nature of the business.
As a Operations Team Leader, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our car parks, while delivering outstanding customer experiences. Working closely with the Commercial Operations Manager, you’ll take charge of frontline teams, uphold operational standards, and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations. In this role, you will have the responsibility of managing a dynamic team of 15+ colleagues across multiple sites.
