Adelphi Real World (ARW) is seeking an experienced Business Operations Manager to drive workforce capability and operational excellence. You will develop competency frameworks, coordinate skills-based training and support talent onboarding to ensure delivery against client commitments.

Qualifications

• BA/BSc degree advantageous but not essential.
• 5+ years relevant experience in operations or project support.
• Creative, innovative and great communication skills essential.
• Experience in creating visuals and presenting to teams essential.
• Highly analytical with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Lead workforce capability activities and onboarding.
• Develop competency frameworks and succession planning.
• Coordinate skills-based training and development initiatives.
• Support talent onboarding and ensure teams have necessary capabilities.
• Identify opportunities to improve Real-World processes and efficiency.
