You will lead the Operational Support Team, coordinating scheduling, administration and compliance to meet regulatory obligations and optimise customer experience.

• Experience leading a large operations/support team.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Operations Support Team with clear vision and accountability.
• Develop relationships with stakeholders while following SNG policies and ways of working.
• Ensure compliance processes are followed and understood across teams.
• Collaborate with senior leaders to deliver operational and financial goals.
• Manage performance against targets to optimise customer outcomes.
• Promote safety culture and escalate concerns to Building Safety & Compliance as needed.
• Interpret data to create insightful reports for business performance and regulatory compliance.
• Engage and influence others to deliver the best outcomes.
• Inspire and develop team members to optimise performance.
