Job summary

MBM Executive Travel Recruitment is seeking an organised, detail-driven professional to support the creation and delivery of bespoke luxury travel experiences. Working with Travel Designers, you'll help turn enquiries into unforgettable journeys from proposal to departure.

You will coordinate with hotels, suppliers and destination partners worldwide, prepare documents, and help maintain smooth, high-touch service. A proactive, client-first approach and strong communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in luxury travel, tailor-made travel or premium customer service.
• Excellent organisation, accuracy and attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills and a client-first approach.
• Confidence using CRM systems, booking platforms and Microsoft Office.
• Commercial awareness with an understanding of pricing, margins and conversion.
• A proactive, solutions-focused mindset and ability to stay calm under pressure.

Responsibilities
